We collect your personally identifiable information as permitted by applicable law through assetplanner.com (which includes the website assetplanner.com, the AssetPlanner™ application suite provided as a subscription service to a subscribing client and any of our mobile applications that interact with assetplanner.com) in connection with your use of the site and/or application.
For example, when you register as a user on assetplanner.com, directly or by a subscribing client, you or the subscribing client are asked to provide us with personally identifiable information which includes your name, company name, position in the company, email address, phone number, and company address. In addition, when you upload photographs of equipment to assetplanner.com, you may inadvertently capture a photograph of yourself or provide your location to assetplanner.com.
We store and replicate this information through electronic systems located in various sites hosting assetplanner.com for production, testing, failover and disaster recovery purposes.
Use of assetplanner.com generally requires you to accept the use of cookies. A cookie is a small file given to your web browser or mobile device when using assetplanner.com. This file is used to identify you and track your session, providing information that assetplanner.com uses to efficiently manage your use of the service. During the term of the subscription services or, upon the termination of subscription services, we may provide archival copies of information in connection with assetplanner.com to the subscribing client, which may contain information relating to you which has been submitted to assetplanner.com either by you or by the subscribing client. We bear no responsibility for any use by the subscribing client of the archival data once it has been provided to the subscribing client.
If you receive information from assetplanner.com and do not wish to receive this information any longer, you may remove your name from assetplanner.com by contacting us at privacy@assetplanner.com and asking to be removed. We will take all reasonable steps in response to such a request. If there is a reason that we cannot make that change or deletion, we will inform you of that reason.

Unless there is a specific legal requirement for us to keep the information, we will keep personal information for so long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or for such other purposes for which consent has been obtained or we are otherwise permitted or authorized by law to use the personally identifiable information.

We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites
