We collect your personally identifiable information as permitted by applicable law through assetplanner.com (which includes the website assetplanner.com, the AssetPlanner™ application suite provided as a subscription service to a subscribing client and any of our mobile applications that interact with assetplanner.com) in connection with your use of the site and/or application.
For example, when you register as a user on assetplanner.com, directly or by a subscribing client, you or the subscribing client are asked to provide us with personally identifiable information which includes your name, company name, position in the company, email address, phone number, and company address. In addition, when you upload photographs of equipment to assetplanner.com, you may inadvertently capture a photograph of yourself or provide your location to assetplanner.com.
We store and replicate this information through electronic systems located in various sites hosting assetplanner.com for production, testing, failover and disaster recovery purposes.
If you do not provide requested information, we may not be able to provide you with the service or information or process your request.
Through your use of assetplanner.com mobile applications, we may obtain physical location data. This includes, for example, information such as GPS data, geocodes, latitude and longitude information. You may also provide us with images taken using the mobile device and certain information embedded in those image files.
Other than the information provided above, we do not intend to have access to any other personally identifiable information of you, your staff, anyone that you may authorize to use assetplanner.com or anyone that you may use assetplanner.com to communicate with or provide services to. Other than described above, you should not provide, communicate or otherwise deliver to us, information that may identify an individual or may otherwise constitute personal information in any connection to assetplanner.com. To the extent you have provided us access to personally identifiable information you shall remain the data controller of this information at all times. Except as listed above, we do not review or monitor any collection, use or disclosure by our subscribing clients or users of information submitted to, shared through or stored on assetplanner.com. To the extent permitted by law, and otherwise subject to the terms of any agreement in place between us and the subscribing client, we bear no responsibility to any client, user or third party in relation to the collection, use and disclosure of any personally identifiable information stored on assetplanner.com.
During the term of the subscription services or, upon the termination of subscription services, we may provide archival copies of information in connection with assetplanner.com to the subscribing client, which may contain information relating to you which has been submitted to assetplanner.com either by you or by the subscribing client. We bear no responsibility for any use by the subscribing client of the archival data once it has been provided to the subscribing client.
If you receive information from assetplanner.com and do not wish to receive this information any longer, you may remove your name from assetplanner.com by contacting us at email@example.com and asking to be removed. We will take all reasonable steps in response to such a request. If there is a reason that we cannot make that change or deletion, we will inform you of that reason.
You can request access to the personally identifiable information we hold about you by making a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with access unless we are legally authorized not to do so.
If at any time you wish to change personal identifiable information that is inaccurate or out of date, please contact us by emailing to email@example.com. If you wish to have your personally identifiable information deleted, please let us know in the same manner. We will take all reasonable steps to change or delete information in response to such a request. If there is a reason that we cannot make that change or deletion, we will inform you of that reason.
We use physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No transmission over the Internet can be completely secure and although we will take all reasonable steps to protect information we store on our servers we cannot be responsible for the security of any information transmitted over the Internet. You are responsible for the physical security and to apply safeguards to protect any personally identifiable information which may be transmitted by assetplanner.com and stored locally on your computer or mobile devices. We bear no responsibility for data stored locally on authorized users’ mobile devices or computers.
Your personally identifiable information is only shared with third parties at your direction, at the direction of the subscribing client or with your consent. Please note that in using assetplanner.com, users may be communicating with individuals and organizations outside of their home country. In that case, their use of your personal information may not be covered by the law applicable in their home country.
We may also disclose information to fulfill certain legal and regulatory requirements or if we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect others’ rights or to prevent harm. For the purposes of accessing assetplanner.com, your email address will be used as a user name to identify you and you may be supplied with a password or may create your own password. You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your password and log-in information.
The time period for us to keep personally identifiable information varies according to what the information is used for and the requirements of the subscribing client. In some cases, there are legal requirements for us to keep information for a minimum period. Unless there is a specific legal requirement for us to keep the information, we will keep personal information for so long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or for such other purposes for which consent has been obtained or we are otherwise permitted or authorized by law to use the personally identifiable information.

We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.
